Healthy Moonbakes is the brainchild of Dharani Ranganathan, whose Moonbakes journey began as a home-baking venture in 2019. After finding success with door-to-door deliveries during the pandemic, Dharani expanded her vision by launching Healthy Moonbakes. This branch focused on creating gluten-free, vegan, and diabetic-friendly desserts—a bold move that required not just culinary innovation but also a fresh approach to reaching a new audience.
