Arena Animation is a globally trusted leader in creative education, offering industry-relevant programs in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, and Gaming. In 2023, their Salem franchise, run by Mr. Iniyan, partnered with ABN Junction to digitize their entire student acquisition funnel—from the ground up.
Unlike metro locations, Arena Animation Salem was up against a unique barrier: how do you drive enrollments in a Tier-2 city where parents and students aren’t actively searching for animation courses online?
Overview
Our role began where there was barely any digital footprint. We built a 15+ page website, developed custom lead funnels, and launched a complete set of Meta Ad campaigns—all with laser focus on generating awareness and high-quality leads.
From hyperlocal audience targeting to course-specific landing experiences, our campaigns made Arena Animation Salem visible to its true potential.

Salem, though culturally vibrant, wasn’t a digitally active market—especially for niche fields like animation. We had to educate the market before we could convert it.

Dual-Stream Ad Targeting
We designed two ad sets:
