Moonbakes was founded in 2019 by Dharani Ranganathan. During the pandemic, she turned challenges into opportunities by offering door-to-door delivery services, a step most other bakeries hadn’t taken. This initiative earned Moonbakes a loyal customer base and helped transform a home-based bakery into a full-fledged business with over 25 staff members, including seasoned chefs, delivery personnel, and customer support executives. Operating out of a state-of-the-art 3,000 sq. ft. kitchen, Moonbakes had its sights set on becoming a leader in the bakery industry.

But as the business grew, so did the cracks in its digital strategy. Despite their reputation for quality and innovation, Moonbakes needed a stronger online presence to sustain and scale their success.
